New Member On-Ramp Training

New members must go through our CrossFit On-Ramp program. This is a private class which will introduce you to the basics of CrossFit training at a pace that should match your physical abilities.  The On-Ramp class will provide you with a good foundation prior to joining our regular group training sessions.

  • On-Ramp Classes are offered on the First and Third Monday of each month
  • Call us to schedule your private On-Ramp training
  • The On-Ramp is offered at $100 for six private classes

Regular Membership

We offer three levels of membership, depending on the frequency that you wish to train with us. 

  • Drop-in - $15
  • Monthly - Three Classes per Week - $100 / Month
  • Monthly - Unlimited Classes per Week - $130 / Month
