How do you Train People at TC Total CrossFit?
At TC Total CrossFit we combine strength and endurance training, Olympic lifting, and basic gymnastics skills with special programming that will write a recipe for your success. A stronger athlete is a better athlete. With smart programming of metabolic conditioning to complement the practice of the focus lifts and a healthy dose of gymnastics you'll improve your performance and increase your confidence. You'll be the best athlete you can be, regardless of your sport or activity. Whether you're a first responder, a weekend ball player or you're a parent trying to keep up with the kids, you'll be physically capable of anything you want or need to do.
World Class Fitness in 100 words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
